PHYSIC 615: Solid-State Physics

This class centers on the application of quantum mechanics to the theory of the solid-state. Topics include periodic structures, lattice waves, band theory of solids, electron dynamics in solids, and magnetic resonance. Some applications to semiconductor devices are also discussed.
