SICs are described in our paper, The SIC Question: History and State of Play.
We provide the SIC fiducial vectors in two formats, neither of which are normalized.
In the first, the real part and the imaginary part of a coefficient are listed together on the same line (RIRI)
In the second format, all the real parts are listed, followed by all the imaginary parts (RRII)
The RRII format is the one used by Andrew Scott's code, as well as the high precision solutions.
Exact fiducial vectors can be found at Steve Flammia's website and also at Markus Grassl's.
In addition, Grassl's site provides a numerical solution in dimension 844,
the discovery of which he and Andrew Scott describe in arXiv:1707.02944.
